You might need to downgrade itunes
- Windows 7 is in control panel windows 8 you must search for control panel windows 8.1 you right click bottom right and select control panel
- select "Uninstall a Program"
- You will need to uninstall the following
- Apple Application Support
- Apple Mobile Device Support (32 bit, 64 bit)
- iCloud
- iTunes 12.1.
